Dispatch and Deliveries Policy:

It’s important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible.  We will endeavor to process online orders within 24hrs of payment and dispatch the next business day.  However, during sale and promotional periods your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.  All Australian deliveries are shipped with Australia Post and will include tracking.

There are two postage options:

  • STANDARD POSTAGE (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) – Flat Rate $8.50 AUD(less than 500gram)
  • Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.


We offer free STANDARD POSTAGE Australia -wide delivery when you place an order of $75.00 AUD or more. (Subject to change without notice.)

Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the total dollar value of the purchase is lower than $75 after discount.

If you want your order to receive priority fulfillment and sent Express Post, a flat rate of $13.50(less than 500 gram) will be charged irrespective of purchase value.

Express deliveries will be processed the same day provided we receive the order before 12 noon.  Orders should be delivered the next day if it’s within the Australia Post Express Post Network. Please refer to the Australia Post Network areas here.


You are able to track your delivery – once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post-delivery personnel will endeavor to obtain a signature on delivery however, should no-one be in attendance when delivery is attempted, the post agent will determine whether there is a safe, dry place for the parcel to be left on the premises.  A photograph will be taken of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely (this can be provided should any disputes arise).  If there’s no safe place, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local Post Office where you will be required to sign on collection.
